This is our little page of books we have created to help you help yourselves. The collection of books cover; anxiety, depression, stress, yoga and buddhism but we plan to get more books on here very soon. Collections to follow will be meditation, reiki and other general well-being books. After all, there’s nothing better than sitting with a cuppa and a good book! Apart from maybe a glass of wine and a good book.
